Perform your transactions securely via fax or email using a One Time Password (OTP). The OTP is generated by a user of the Digital Banking through the application of the Mobile Banking. Instructions via fax or email should be accompanied by a One Time Password, generated by the Mobile Banking application, and a signature from an authorized signatory. The instructions will be executed given that the OTP is authenticated and the signature is verified.
