As part of our Bank’s commitment to environmental sustainability, we kindly inform you that a letter has been mailed to the Bank’s customers indicating that the frequency of the mailing of printed statements for current and notice accounts to customers will be restricted to once a year and for overdrafts to twice a year with effect from 01/06/2020  (you can find the relevant letter here ).  Given the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic and the uncertainty about its transmission, the above is with immediate effect.  The next mailing of statements for current and notice accounts will be performed in January 2021 and will cover the period 01/01/2020-31/12/2020 and for overdrafts in July 2020 and will cover the period 01/01/2020- 30/06/2020.
 
The Bank provides its customers with alternative options in order to obtain their account statements, free of charge, in any of the following ways:
 
•    Online through the Bank's digital channels (e-Banking / Mobile Banking).
•    By email through the e-Statement Service – By joining this service, the issuance and mailing of printed account statements is automatically terminated.
•    Βy contacting the Responsible Banking Center

REVISION OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF EUROBANK CYPRUS

Eurobank Cyprus Ltd has updated the General Terms Governing the Relationship between Customer – Bank. The revision is mainly in reference to the introduction of Instant Credit Transfers and the introduction of Visa+ Service. Changes were additionally made to the Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of the General Terms. The revised General Terms and will take effect on 08.01.2025.

Andreas Petsas named new CEO of Eurobank Cyprus

Eurobank Cyprus’ Board of Directors, decided to appoint Mr Andreas Petsas as a Member of the Board of Directors and as the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in a meeting held on 17 September 2024 in Nicosia. Mr Petsas started his career in the banking sector in 1997, at Laiki Bank where he held various managerial positions in Corporate Banking.
